Arsenalgreg...."..i dont know to take this, how can he sign silvestre".....
Because he is the manager and you are not, so you will never understand not even the critics will. It has happened let's get over it and hope He beats ManU for us this season twice.... Hey I am an optimist.

arsenalgreg, i totally agree mate, i cant believe we signed a manure player...gutted!! we lose our 50th to them, they trash us in fa cup, they win the CL, they 'were' our biggest rivals, we wanna be better than them, what we do now? sign their player? absolutely and terribly gutted!!! arsenes lost it

ha ha ha...thank you Arsenal that was one wage packet we were struggling to get rid of...watch the inexplicable mistakes/back passes to centre forwards...oh and mind out for those heart attacks....Mickey can throw up a shock or three with alarming regularity...he was well known for it up here..

Arsenal need experience. They have gotten that in Silvestre. They should also come for O\\\'Shea.We love you Arsenal for removing this burden from us.

i'm very disappointed..
we need experiance defender, not old crack defender from our rival team...

I am not too sure how you can complain. Most arsenal fans have been blogging non stop about the need to sign an experiance defender. In Silvestre we have got that.

Only time will tell on this one, but at the very least it weakens ManU's squad (however slightly). Arsene should be given the chance to show what he's gonna do with him b4 we jump down his throat. If he plans for Silvestre to partner Gallas and free Toure for the holding midfield role I think that will strengthen the side. Toure's technical ability will shine in that role, and Silvestre is solid enough. He wouldn't have been at ManU for nine ears if not! I can't believe he's been signed as a back-up. Would he have walked out on talks with Man City just to agree a similar role with Arsenal as with ManU? Overall I'm happy. Let's give it until January to pass judgement on le Boss. C'mon Arsenal!
