Hot off the press

Real Sick Rosicky – Will the Czech actually play for Arsenal again?

When Arsenal signed Thomas Rosicky for £7million everyone had hailed Wenger
for his genius. Here was a player brought in to strengthen the wing and
attacking flow, heralding what we hoped to be a new age of attacking
strength, in the same kind of hope for glory that Pires brought the fans.
And the future started so bright, he had an absolutely mesmerizingly
brilliant World Cup campaign and when playing for Arsenal was key in our
winning performances bossing the defences with his technical ability, and
then of course there was the main asset; we finally had an Arsenal player
not afraid to hit the ball.

Unfortunately ever since that beginning glimmer of hope, the whole Arsenal
team has gone through serious bouts of injury, and Rosicky is surprisingly
the worst of them all, even though never having a considerable history of
this for Dortmund, his former club. The problem is every time we hope that
he will return, he is set back, and consequently we don't buy sufficient
cover in this part of the pitch in the hopes that when he returns, he will
be the star we all hoped he would be. On the plus side, Arsenal fans are
extremely forgiving and patient with their injury prone players, and despite
how he plays upon his return he can expect a huge reception much in the same
vein that Eduardo might expect, or Van Persie constantly receives. However,
this might be later than expected, again!

"He doesn't feel good and it is a worrying time for him," a source close to
the player told The Sun.

"He's been getting headaches which are thought to be caused by the
injections.

"He had to go to hospital and is on a special course of jabs ordered
straight from the manufacturer."

What are Arsenal fans thoughts? Should we just cut our losses and buy an
experienced replacement or do we feel that its best to give him more time,
seeing as we have already been so patient and all appreciate his
contributions when he is on form?

Alot has been said about 'Sicky's injury...am very hopeful he will be back and to his best. There is a lot he can offer this Arsenal side.

Definitely Arsenal should cut their losses and buy an experienced player, but I doubt that we will.
