Hot off the press

 Arsenal's Walcott out for 3 months thanks to West Ham's Scott Parker in warm up

England and Arsenal fans will no doubt be delighted to discover that Theo Walcott is out of the running for 3 months due to a recurrence of his shoulder injury. As Arsenal have already struggled this season with Theo, imagine how awful they will be without him. Theo has also shone for England and the team must be worried now, though I am sure this will be brilliant news for Ashley Young.

Theo was training with the England team in Berlin last night when he went down to the ground, and stayed there after a standard Scott Parker challenge. Ironically Wenger was one of the one of the only Premier League mnagers who made no complaint with his players going on international duty – but he will now as the only real replacement is Emmanuel Eboue – a player most fans would rather see sat on the bench for the rest of his contract, rather than on the pitch. Capello said;

"Our priority is Theo and making him as comfortable as possible before he returns to England.

"We're all very disappointed but the most important thing is for Theo to travel home and make a quick recovery."

What do fans make of this injury and its impact upon England and Arsenal?

what the hell was happened. fuck!, really upset news. that was Capello's false coz before he selected walcott, he also had shoulder injury. do you all remember, before we won manu, there was news that not sure to play walcott coz of shoulder injury.But Wenger let him played. Infact since at that time his shoulder injury wasn't clear properly. Fuck capello , Scott parker:(

This sucks, but it will allow Wenger to play Nasri on the right and Vela on the left of midfield. Cesc and Diaby or Denilson in the middle and rotation of Bendtner, Adebayor, van Persie up top with Clichy, Gallas, Djourou, and Toure in the back (Toure for injured Sagna) and Almunia in the net...this will finally allow us to keep a steady core of players and get gelled as a team...Bendtner needs more time on the pitch to become productive...

i am very upset with theo walcoth injury but arsene wenger is a stingy manager.if he refuse to buy competitive player he will continue to go trophyless throughout his stay in arsenal
