Hot off the press

Chelsea boss goes all soft on Arsenal.

Usually before a big derby game there is a lot of hostile gamesmanship between the two camps. This week things seem to be very different. Imagine the manager of the rival team coming out with only nice words to say about the opposition. Chelsea’s boss, Scolari says, “Lay off Wenger. If I had to choose five football coaches in the world as the best, he would be one of the five.

“ I watched their game against Manchester United and it was one of the best games in the Premier League.

“His team always tries to play beautiful football, so it’s difficult to win. In the big games, they play better so we need to realise this.

You must admit that this is pretty unusual? Only nice things to say.

Wenger remained low key about the game but did warn his friend, Scolari that he remained confident that Arsenal could inflict Chelsea’s second home defeat of the season after Liverpool won at the Bridge. Wenger said, “There is no team that is not vulnerable, none in the world.”

If the mamangers have gone soft it must be up to the fans to make up for it. So have any of you got any choice words of warning for your rivals from the other side of town? Now is not the time to be shy lets hear exactly what you think about the prospects for the game?
