Hot off the press

Manchester City Cult Hero warns Manchester United manager to beware.

It’s no time for the weak. On the eve of the Manchester derby game Sir Alex Ferguson poured scorn on City’s pretensions to become one of the real forces in the Premier League let alone Europe. The United boss mockingly pointed to City’s current league position and went on to make lite of their future ambitions.

Man City star signing Robinho was quick to warn Sir Alex about what the future might be. Robinho said, “The people who say Manchester City are a small club will be talking about what a big club we are in two or three years. The project is very ambitious and in football nothing is impossible.

“Look at Chelsea. Three or four years ago they were considered a small club. But now they’re a big club.

Manchester City fans: Do you agree with Robinho that Manchester City have what it takes to become a major Premier League and European force? Do you think City will eventualy replace Man U as the main team in Manchester?

We are the only Contenders to break the top 4 as far as im concerned.

Villa have the team but no major funding

Blackburn are up & down with no major funding

Hull are just a flash in the pan

Spurs have the funding & the team but are behind Manchester City in terms of progress.

Manchester City have:

The Acadamy
The Team
The Manager
The Owner
The Money
The Stadium
The Appeal

no contest, Manchester City will rewrite the books & rise while Salford United die by Credit Crunch.
