Hot off the press

Ex Spurs manager Ramos to take massive job at Real?

He must be incredibly popular in Spain as reports today are coming in that despite a most miraculously unimpressive performance in England as the game's best paid manager, and after losing game after game after game, the World's largest and most prestigious football club are considering him for a managerial position. Bernd Schuster has been sacked by Real Madrid after their average performances have seen them drift further and further away from Barcelona, and after a defeat to Seville, he even admitted that he didn't feel he could take the Catalonians on and win.

Ramos is highly regarded in Spain and will be unveiled later today as the new manager, early reports are suggesting, but what do fans think of this? Is this not a bizarrely strange way to reward a manager for being poor? By this token shouldn't Chris Coleman have got the United job after his dismal performances in Spain?

What do Tottenham, Seville, Madrid and general football fans think of this most bizarre news?

Ramos has proved he has the qualities to make a good manager. Maybe Spurs boss Levy has a lot to answer for. Ramos will do well at Real
