Hot off the press

Are Manchester United plotting a secret deal with Real Madrid for Ronaldo?

Rumours are rife within the Spanish media that a deal between Man Utd and Real Madrid has been made over the future of World Player of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo. After last summers protracted transfer saga that never happened, it's surely only a matter of time before the Portuguese forward gets the move he's been hankering for.

Spanish newspaper El Mundo quoted Real director Pedro Trapotehe telling a friend that the transfer is "already done for the summer". He is also quoted saying: "It's better not to say anything now because there are some clauses that prevent us from announcing it." No figures were mentioned.

Do you think Ronaldo will leave Man Utd in the summer? How much money would a player like Ronaldo be worth? With whom or how would Man Utd replace Ronaldo?
