Hot off the press

Robbie Keane Keeps Liverpool’s Title Challenge on Track

Recently he has been in the papers for not even getting on the pitch, let alone the scoresheet, but at Anfield yesterday Robbie Keane made headlines of all the right kind.

With Manchester United and Chelsea already having racked up 3 points in matches with earlier kick offs, the pressure was on Liverpool to follow suit.

In truth there was only going to be one winner and it certainly was not going to be Bolton.

After having been left out by boss Rafa Benitez, Keane was certainly making a point with two excellent finishes to make the points safe.

Did Keane make his point? Should he now be guaranteed a starting line up place alongside Fernando Torres when Torres is back from injury?

Would Reds fans now consider him a starting line up certainty?
